Yes we do! Select your country during the check out process and our system will generate a shipping price to your country.

What is the shipping cost on your website?
Currently, we offer FREE shipping to our customers for all products/orders on our website to the contiguous 48 states. Shipping outside of the contiguous 48 states may incur additional charges.

How long does it take for my product to arrive?
The shipping time is estimated at 15 to 50+ business days. The period depends on what you have ordered and on where you are from.

When will my order be shipped?
You will receive a shipment confirmation when we ship your order with a tracking information. We usually ship the product in the next 48 hours after payment confirmation. We recommend you to see each product page for more information so you can be sure that we have it in stock.

How will I know that my order is on the way?
You will get an e-mail with the confirmation and a tracking number once we ship your order. You can use that tracking number to check the status of the shipment once you receive it via e-mail.

How do I track my order?
Once we ship your order you will get a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your order on the link you got in the same email.

You can also find your tracking number in your Tableblade account with the link so you can check your order in your account too. To go to your Tableblade account, you have to go to the footer and choose Login/Register and enter your information. Then on the left menu choose Orders. Then choose the order you want to track (or press the button VIEW) and you will see the tracking number. Below that, you will see a button which says „You can track your order here“. When you press that button you will go on the courier’s website and then simply enter your tracking number.

Keep in mind that our orders usually come between 15 to 35+ business days. That depends on what you ordered and where you are located.

What if my order didn’t arrive in 40 business days?
There is a tracking number with every product so you can check the status of your order. You can see how to check the status of your order in the answer above.

The first step you have to do is make sure that the items listed in your order have already been shipped. If you order displays your Package Tracking Number, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact customer service for assistance.

What if my order is missing an item from my shipment?
If you have ordered two or more products they might come in different packages, depending on the size of the order. If only one package arrived, there is a chance you will have to wait a few days for the second one. To make sure that the second one is on the way you can check the status of the package.

When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock. The moment they get back in stock we will ship them to you as you ordered.

How, when and where to open our package?
We highly recommend that you open the package in front of the post office employee. The reason for that is because if the item is broken you have to make a memo in the post office so we can get the money back for the shipment of the product.

Contact us with the description of the problem and pictures and we will send you another product. This is not something we can control, so please have patience and understanding.

After which day customers need to contact support?
If you do not get an order confirmation email with your purchase receipt within 48 hours business and/or if you do not get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information within 5 business days, you can contact support@tableblade.com right away.

How does the package tracking work?
Your tracking and carrier information will be sent to the email you included during check out within 5 business days.
